It was 1982 when I was in the 9th grade

THINK BACK TO 9TH GRADE...BUT IF YOU ARE IN 9TH GRADE PLEASE DON'T DO IT. THERE'S NO FUN IN IT THEN. See how much you remember...

- Who was your best friend?Sheila K. - at least for the first part of that year; then there was a fight. She liked a guy, I was to find out what he thought. It wasn't good and I told her the truth - that is when the fighting began
- Who did you go out with?Had no steady boyfriend that year.
- What sports did you play?Volleyball - I was a setter (at 5'0" you would not expect a spiker, would you?)
- Did you buy your lunch?Yes - what ever was on the hot lunch menu.
- Skip School?NEVER. I was a geek that way, however, I did write notes for my sister.
- Did you get suspended/expelled?No
- What was your favorite class?English
- What was your school's name? Plymouth High School
-Did you go to the dances? All of them
-If you could go back would you?Uh, yeah - I teach there now.
-Where did you sit at lunch? At one of the 50 tables with my friends
- Who was your science teacher?Didn't take science that year.
- Who was your English teacher?Mrs. Wetherall
- Who was your history teacher?Uh, he was the basketball coach - that's all I can remember.
- Who was your math teacher? Mrs. S(?) - She confused me with proofs.
- Did you think you were cool?Worse, I dressed what I thought was cool on the first day of school and never lived it down. Kids all called me Pat after Pat Benatar.
-Describe your clothes?Rainbows were big - along with shoulder pads and ruffles on the collar and such. Jeans were as tight as you could roll them around the ankles. Leg warmers - mini skirts - stripes.
-Did you even have a cellphone? No, at that point in time; didn't even have a cordless phone.
-Who was your favorite teacher?Mrs Wetherall - English teacher
-What's your most memorable moment?First day of school, none I feel like sharing though.
-What's your least favorite memories? Same day as above
-What was your best accomplishment?Getting over stage fright
-What action that you regret the most? Not trying harder to stay friends with Sheila
-What did you spend the most time doing on weekends?Watching cartoons, hanging out with my friends, and daydreaming about how wonderful high school would be.
-Did you make any lifelong friendships?Uh, no. I've stayed in contact with a few people, but nothing you see in the movies and such.
